Responsibilities
• Providing tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in person) support to district – both in the office and various site locations
• Logging IT related support calls
• Deployment of hardware
• Assisting in the maintenance of the IT work areas
• Handling equipment audits & shipments
• Creating process documentation
• Assisting Systems & Office Administrators in a variety of other systems related tasks as required
Qualifications
- Knowledge of computers (Microsoft office basic hardware support)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Previous support experience an asset

The estimated hourly wage range for this role is $19.88 - $24.38, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
