Our Client operates across Canada - This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.
Location: Montreal-East OR Pointe-Claire (based on your preference)
Status: Permanent position
Schedule: 35 hours / week (excellent work-life balance)
Salary: Starting at $23 / hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written) and French. In particular, this position will require the employee to have Bilingualism (French/English) which is essential for daily communication with English-speaking clients based outside of Quebec.
Manage incoming calls and emails
Handle file opening and follow-ups
Maintain client relations, demonstrating the necessary patience and resilience
Detail-oriented and rigorous: Manage multiple data sets simultaneously, input information into the Maya software, and perform necessary updates to files.
Qualifications
Bilingualism (French/English) which is essential for daily communication with English-speaking clients based outside of Quebec.
Experience in phone-based customer service.
Ability to work under pressure.
Patience and resilience.
Note: Employment is conditional upon a criminal background check.
