WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Join a high-impact team driving RBC’s call centre and branch technology transformation. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining GenAI-powered Advice Centre applications that leverage cloud services and generative AI to empower call centre agents and streamline complex workflows. You will collaborate closely with the Full Stack Development Lead and other team members to deliver robust, high-performing digital solutions that meet evolving business needs.
