    • Be strong at analyzing, reporting, justifying and presenting schedules at C-Suite level and at Board level.
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather input and validate schedule logic and sequencing.
    • Monitor project progress, identify variances, and provide regular schedule performance reports and forecasts.
    • Support the development of baseline schedules and integrate, interrogate and highlight challenges in contractor schedules to be incorporated into the master project plan.
    • Conduct critical path and risk analysis to identify potential delays and mitigation strategies.
    • Develop and report against EVM targets and highlight areas where efficiencies can drive EVM.
    • Regularly contribute and support delivery of QSRA’s and QCRA’s
    • Participate in project meetings and provide schedule updates, insights, and recommendations.
    • Ensure compliance with project controls standards and reporting requirements.
    • Assist in resource loading and leveling, and support earned value management (EVM) reporting where applicable.

      Qualifications

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
      • 15+ years of experience in project scheduling, with a strong focus on large-scale infrastructure and/or energy projects.
      • Minimum 10 years' experience in a leadership or lead scheduling capacity, providing oversight, coordination, and guidance across complex programs.
      • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
      • Experience in the nuclear or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
      • Willingness to work on-site within the client environment at Kincardine, ON three days per week. Expenses for travel and accommodation will be paid by Turner & Townsend.

We welcome applicants with international nuclear project experience, particularly from the UK, as their expertise is highly valued for this role. Relocation to Canada is required and can be supported on a case-by-case basis.
