Job description

Are you about to be a post-secondary graduate with a passion for leadership and a drive to excel? Toromont Cat is on the lookout for dynamic individuals like you to join our team as Management Trainees in our Leaders of Tomorrow Program. This is not just a job—it’s an adventure!

Full Time, Permanent

Compensation

$65,000.00 to $68,000.00

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Post-secondary graduate in a relevant discipline (Business or Engineering)
  • Leadership: Proven passion for leadership with demonstrated experience.
  • Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to achieve positive results and make a significant impact on the business.
  • Customer-Focused: Enjoys hands-on work and building relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Canada and willing to travel and relocate for assignments across various locations from Manitoba to the Atlantic Ocean.
