Minden is currently seeking aSenior Corporate Lawyerto join their dynamic and high caliber team. As a member of this group, you will assist with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, corporate structuring, and shareholder disputes. In this role, you will collaborate and offer a broad range of expertise to businesses, owner-operators, executives, management, entrepreneurs, and start-ups at all stages of their growth process.

The ideal candidate will havea minimum of 9 years of relevant experiencegained from another leading law firm with a demonstrated ability to offer timely, professional, and pragmatic solutions that help clients flourish. Corporate securities work would be considered an asset.
