The project focuses on the gender gap in the academic context in the era of technology and innovation.This position reports to the project of Dr.

Ghada Touir, Part-time professor in the Department Centre for Engineering in Society (CES) at Concordia University.The general mandate is for the research assistant to support a variety of key tasks required to do this research project.

These include support in compiling information, conducting a literature review and collecting data, as well as analysis and preparing paper for publication.

Qualifications & Desired QualitiesPhD student familiar with engineering context and the Centre for Engineering in Society (CES) program have taken one or two courses at the CES program preferred.

Experience in conducting literature reviews and case study analyses across different knowledge systemsInterest and good skills in qualitative and quantitative researchStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with ability to multitaskExcellent writing and synthesis skills in English, bilingual French and English preferredAbility to be autonomous Application procedureAs the position is based in Montreal, applicants must be legally authorized to work in Quebec.
