Withthe anticipated growth of EBC the financial team need to extendtheir operations across the country. Reporting to the headquartersthe Financial Controller will be responsible to ensure operationalsynergy between finances and projects in thearea.

Theposition will be based in Vancouver orToronto.

RESPONSABILITIES :

• Workclosely with Vicepresident Operations & Vicepresident majorprojects in order to organize the financial aspect of the projectsand support them through managementoperations;
• SupportVP in any other tasks related to contractual management ofprojects;
• Participateactively in monthly cost control review meetings for Ontario&BritishColombia;
• Participatein the analysis of partnership across Ontario &BritishColombia;
• Controland monitor project cashflows;
• Participateand analyze the various monthly financial reports submitted tomanagement;
• Buildand follow financial performance indicators for projects to measureperformance;
• ImplementEBC s financial structure in the joint venturesconcerned;
• Buildand organize financial team in major projects ifrequired;
• Participatein the preparation of the annualbudget;
• Participatein the recruitment training & development of the teamaccording to the operationalneeds;
• Processto information capture on differentssources;
• Allothers related tasks.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS :

• Universitydegree in finances oraccounting;
• HoldingCPAtitle;
• Between5 and 10 years of experience infinance / accounting;
• Experiencein construction or engineering is a importantasset;
• Bilinguism(French andEnglish);
• Strongknowledge of MicrosoftExcel.
