Position: Licensed Insurance AdvisorLocation: Toronto Hybrid Salary: $70,000 + monthly commission/bonusJob Type: Permanent Our client, a leader in the insurance industry is seeking a Licensed Insurance Advisor to join their team. This role will work with both potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.Responsibilities:- Connect with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.- Promote additional insurance products as required.- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while guiding clients through the sales process.- Meet sales, retention, quality, and activity targets.- Capture and provide feedback to enhance processes, products, and services.- Accurately log CRM and telephony activities to support ongoing analysis.Requirements:- College diploma or university degree (preferred but not required) - 2+ years of experience providing or selling insurance solutions, experience in insurance sales a strong asset - Full LLQP/HLLQP license required.- Familiarity with various insurance products (Health & Dental, Travel) and an understanding of their value to clients.- Proven track record in insurance sales, specializing in health and dental plans.If this sounds like you, please email your Word version resume to Angelica Stewart at angelica.stewart@quantum.ca.REFER AND EARN A $50 GIFT CARD!
