Full-Time Window Cleaner & Exterior Home Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

Tired of working behind a desk all summer? Student Works Home Maintenance is hiring motivated, hardworking students and young adults as Full-Time Window Cleaners and Exterior Home Maintenance Technicians in North York and Toronto.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days look the same.
You'll pick it up quickly, earn based on what you put in, and walk away at the end of the summer with money in your pocket, a solid work ethic, and skills you'll actually use.

Responsibilities

  • Perform window cleaning on residential homes
  • Complete exterior services including:
    • Gutter cleaning
    • Gutter guard installation
    • Pressure washing
    • Polymeric sand installation
  • Set up and safely operate ladders and cleaning equipment
  • Manage your job sites independently and hold yourself accountable for the results
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners
  • Work hard alongside your crew and keep quality high throughout the day
  • Keep tools and sites organized and safe

Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable personal vehicle required — you'll need it every day
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Able to handle physical work and lift equipment
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights (full training provided)
  • Experience in outdoor labour, sales, or customer service is a bonus — but not required
