Hiring Daytime Assembly Technicians (Waterloo)

Responsibilities
- Component Assembly: Utilize diverse hand and power tools to construct high-quality products with precision.
- Production Documentation: Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly guides to ensure exact specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished components to detect defects and maintain strict quality standards prior to distribution.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workstation while strictly following all facility safety protocols.

Qualifications
- Background: At least 1 year of experience in general labor, warehouse operations, factory settings, or construction.
- Dependability: A strong history of excellent punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand comfortably for the duration of a full shift and perform repetitive hands-on tasks.
- Collaborative Attitude: A positive mindset, strong team spirit, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
