Overview
The Outside Sales Representative drives sales and builds long‑term relationships with customers across the region. This role requires a strong sales track record, excellent industry knowledge, and a drive for results while traveling extensively.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities with existing and potential customers based on criteria established by the Business Centre Manager.
- Maximize sales to all customers and suggest alternative and complementary products.
- Respond to customer needs and find appropriate solutions based on the circumstances.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of customers, products, and competition.
- Track customer profitability and credit levels; report negative trends to the Manager.
- Collaborate with the team to understand strengths and opportunities and recommend solutions to improve the brand promise.
