Overview

The Outside Sales Representative drives sales and builds long‑term relationships with customers across the region. This role requires a strong sales track record, excellent industry knowledge, and a drive for results while traveling extensively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities with existing and potential customers based on criteria established by the Business Centre Manager.
  • Maximize sales to all customers and suggest alternative and complementary products.
  • Respond to customer needs and find appropriate solutions based on the circumstances.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of customers, products, and competition.
  • Track customer profitability and credit levels; report negative trends to the Manager.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand strengths and opportunities and recommend solutions to improve the brand promise.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills and a proven record of generating results.
  • Enjoy being on the road and find it easy to connect with people.
  • Self‑reliant, organized, and takes responsibilities seriously while delivering high‑quality work.
  • Excellent knowledge of customers, industry trends, products, and the competition.
