Position Details
This position is for a 13‑month maternity leave contract for a Property Administrator and will be site‑based in Richmond, BC.
Location : Richmond, BC.
Approximate Salary Range : $59,042.00 to $60,000.00.
About the role
Strong client relationships are meaningful to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a positive demeanor to everything you do. As a Property Administrator, you will assist the Senior Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with all aspects of their roles. Your superior communication and organizational skills mean that you are able to respond to tenant inquiries, you exude professionalism, and your customer service skills are second to none. You also assist the team with regular reporting, budgets, tenant correspondence, and planning of events. You will gain hands‑on exposure to commercial property operations, financial reporting, tenant relations, and vendor coordination across a diverse portfolio.
