Responsibilities

We are looking for Experienced Client Partners to join our Utilities Western Canada team. TCS Client partners will be focusing on named utility client in western Canada region.

Client Partner will be responsible for overall P&L management of the accounts, connecting and managing relationships with the CIO and other key stakeholders.

The key KPIs for a TCS client partner is customer success , which will be measured through revenue growth, service delivery excellence, operations, and service portfolio expansion.

The other responsibilities and KPIs include orchestrating different TCS solutions offerings and generating demand to help the customer to meet their business goals in named clients.

An ideal candidate will have account management / delivery and operations management, customer relationship management from either a Utility customer or managing Canadian customers.

You will be experienced in managing and delivering IT, Infrastructure services, Onsite-offshore delivery model, managing large teams.

RESPONSIBILITES / EXPECTATIONS

  • Client relationship management : Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Own and champion programs, developing the relationship with all stakeholders, bring a systematic and technically valid approach to assignments.
  • Demonstrate a sound knowledge of IT, Infrastructure, Cloud, GenAI tools, practices, and techniques to enable precise analysis and presentation of work delivered.
  • Work at a client site as required.
  • Lead the business development to develop a sales pipeline and be measured by the sales performance and revenue growth against a given target for the assigned customer.
  • Drive a One TCS mindset across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to operate effectively at all levels of the business.
  • Experience in creating business cases for customer transformation initiatives.
