Job Title : UI / UX Designer / Product Designer

Location : Remote – Canada

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary Range : $85,000 – $97,000 per year , depending on experience and location

About the Role

This is an internal position with Next Match LLC (NextMatch AI) .

We’re looking for a UI / UX Designer to help design clean, user-focused experiences for our own platform (candidate flows, employer dashboards, analytics, marketing pages). You’ll turn ideas into intuitive flows, interfaces, and design systems that are ready for development.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine requirements
• Conduct or support user research and usability testing
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Ensure designs are practical, accessible, and implementable
