Job description
Are you a detail-oriented professional with hands on experience with NetSuite looking to put your skills to work? Join our client for a one month assignment ensuring accurate invoice processing and tax verification. This fast -paced position offers the chance to make an immediate impact while working alongside a supportive and diverse team.

Responsibilities
Enter, post and reconcile batches,
Research and resolve customer A/R issues,
Carry out general accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures
Respond to requests for information from vendors and various other stakeholders
Handle payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with guidelines
Verify the correctness of documents and codes


Qualifications
Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Established analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
Proficiency in order entry
