Job Description
WHAT'S THE JOB?
The Second Cook contributes to the overall success of the Culinary team. Involved in preparing the dinner menu, the Second Cook is responsible for all starch and vegetable items required for the menu. The Second Cook will work with the First Cook to ensure that all product meets quality standards as set out by Culinary leadership.

Work schedule and remuneration:
2nd Cooks work on a rotational schedule of 3 weeks on/3 weeks off. Site location is in a remote camp setting in Nunavut. You may be required to work nights, weekdays, weekends, and general holidays. Wages are paid on an hourly basis with a starting rate of $20.17/hour
