Project Engineer
itec group is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Engineer for a client in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be a strong team player with proven project management experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :
- Customer and supplier interface
- Spearhead new product launches
- Experience leading APQP teams
- Establish production targets and goals
- Coordinate cross functional teams
- Coordinate line layout
- Assist in quotation preparation
- Estimate cycle times and determine cost for all operational processes
- Provide updates to management and customers as required
What you bring to the table :
- Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience in project management
- Experience leading cross functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work with various departments including, supervisors and managers
- Proficient with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Experience in a high volume production environment is considered an asset
- Ability to Liaise and lead efficiently at all levels of the organization
