Role OverviewThe Lead SA – 3rd Party Integrations owns end-to-end solution delivery for all external integrations, ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations across partner ecosystems. This role is accountable for managing complexity, dependencies, and technical execution while maintaining predictable delivery and stakeholder confidence.
This role reports directly to the Program Manager and is expected to provide both strategic thought leadership on ways of working and comprehensive leadership to the Solution Architecture team supporting integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities1. Delivery Ownership (3P Integrations)·Own end-to-end solution delivery for all 3P integrations
·Ensure technical quality, scalability, and reliability of integration designs
·Manage high-complexity (Tier 2/3) initiatives with multiple dependencies
2. Integration Strategy & Design·Define integration patterns, standards, and best practices
·Ensure consistent application of architecture principles across all integrations
·Partner with external teams to align on technical requirements and constraints
3. Dependency & Risk Management·Proactively identify cross-system dependencies and risks
·Manage coordination with external partners, APIs, and engineering teams
·Serve as escalation point for integration blockers and failures
4. Intake & Complexity Alignment·Enforce intake qualification, tier scoring, and routing discipline
·Ensure all 3P work is aligned to complexity tiering and readiness signals
·Prevent unqualified work from entering execution
5. KPI Ownership & Performance·Own performance against key KPIs:
oDelivery predictability (planned vs. done)
oIntegration success rate
oCycle time for complex integrations
·Translate delivery outcomes into COE value and efficiency metrics
6. Stakeholder Engagement·Act as primary technical lead for integration stakeholders
·Lead discussions with external partners and internal engineering teams
·Provide transparent updates on risks, timelines, and dependencies
7. Leadership & Thought Leadership (Added)·Serve as the functional leader for the integration SA team, setting expectations, driving accountability, and ensuring consistent execution
·Provide thought leadership on COE ways of working, including intake, routing, delivery standards, and integration practices
·Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase scalability, quality, and efficiency
·Act as a culture carrier, reinforcing ownership, discipline, and performance standards

·Proven ability to manage complex, dependency-heavy programs

Job Description: Lead Solution Architect – Onboarding (Standard, Non-Standard, Warehouse)Role OverviewThe Lead SA – Onboarding owns end-to-end delivery for retailer onboarding across standard, non-standard, and warehouse implementations. This role is accountable for driving efficiency, standardization, and throughput while ensuring consistent execution across varying levels of complexity.
This role reports directly to the Program Manager and is responsible for providing both operational thought leadership and full leadership coverage for the onboarding-focused SA team.
Key Responsibilities1. Delivery Ownership (Onboarding)·Own end-to-end onboarding delivery across all launch types
·Drive high-volume execution with consistency and efficiency
·Ensure predictable timelines for standard and non-standard launches
2. Intake, Qualification & Routing·Enforce single intake model and qualification discipline
·Ensure all onboarding work is properly classified (standard vs. non-standard, Tier 1/2/3)
·Apply tier-based routing rules to optimize SA utilization
3. Standardization & Process Excellence·Define and enforce repeatable onboarding processes and playbooks
·Reduce variability and improve cycle time and throughput
·Drive continuous improvement across execution quality and efficiency
4. Capacity & Flow Management·Manage WIP limits and workload balancing across SAs
·Reduce interrupt-driven work and protect planned execution time
·Align SA skillsets to complexity tiers and delivery stages
5. KPI Ownership & Performance·Own performance against key KPIs:
oThroughput (launch volume)
oCycle time (speed to onboard)
oPlanned vs. done
oCapacity utilization
·Translate performance into COE efficiency value and ROI narrative
6. Stakeholder Engagement·Act as primary delivery lead for onboarding stakeholders
·Manage expectations on timelines, readiness, and dependencies
·Ensure a frictionless onboarding experience
7. Leadership & Thought Leadership (Added)·Provide full leadership coverage for the onboarding SA team, including direction, prioritization, and performance management
·Serve as a thought leader on onboarding ways of working, driving intake discipline, standardization, and scalable processes
·Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce variability
·Reinforce a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, execution discipline, and continuous improvement

Apex pay scales are determined by role, experience, skill set, and location. For this new position, the estimated hourly range is provided below as a guideline; however, total compensation may vary based on individual circumstances.
