Our client is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. Reporting to the Controller, the Full Charge Bookkeeper will process payroll for the team, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, and full cycle A/P. Major responsibilities
- Mark budget transfers
- Accounts Payable
- Produce monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
- Credit Card management and reconciliation
- Make all cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.
- Business license and gross receipts summarizing
- Accounts Receivable
- Operate monthly accounting close
- Assemble sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
- Produce cash flow projections, as needed
- Arrange subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
- Other special projects as requested
