Senior Business Analyst - Operational Risk - Archer – Job Description
Team is responsible for the definition of Operational risk technology and data strategy as well as for the delivery of robust technology capabilities to support the execution of the Operational Risk management framework and execution of the Operational Risk roadmap
Work closely with Operational Risk practice leads, and teams to define and manage requirements and recommend solutions
Translate overall business requirements into requirements/user stories for each solution component and provide inputs to detail functional design
Develop and execute UAT test plans
Help prepare appropriate documentation and ensure adequate end user training
Facilitates development of the new technology capabilities and application enhancement for Operational Risk systems
Review detailed design specifications, test plans and user documentation for functional and technical completeness and accuracy
Senior Business Analyst - Operational Risk - Archer – Mandatory Skills
5-7 years of Business Analyst experience
Strong background working in the Operational Risk space is key
Communication skills are imperative
Ability to drive the solution design process; develop and execute test cases where applicable; own defects analysis and validation of defects remediation
Advanced experience with elicitation techniques (e.g., document analysis, interviews, facilitated workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, surveys.)
Proficient knowledge of application UAT test approach, planning and execution
Experience working with various project delivery methodologies (e.g., Waterfall and/or Agile) large scale projects.
Able to analyze data sets, identify underlying data patterns, document findings and problem solve
Ability to partner and build strong relationships with people internally and externally at all levels (including senior leaders) in a variety of groups, across the organization
