Data Conversion Analyst
On behalf of our client in the Consulting Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Data Conversion Analyst.
Data Conversion Analyst – Job Description
Collect and transform customer-provided data and functional configuration from legacy system(s)
Test and validate converted data according to technical specifications
Resolve technical issues with conversion
Execute database queries as required
Promptly gather essential information to determine needs, address inquiries and provide solutions for existing problems
Support customers by explaining the conversion process, defining data requirements, and working with them to correct data in their legacy systems to prepare for conversion
Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical resources
Provide technical and business recommendations to ensure integrity of the data prepared migrated and/or converted into
Document business process flows and business requirements
Data Conversion Analyst – Mandatory Skills
2-4 years related experience
Ability to read, write, edit basic queries in SQL or other database query languages
Experience working with relational database structures
Understanding of Salesforce or another CRM tool
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Can effectively translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Comfortable leading meeting with customers as well as internal teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong reasoning, judgment and decision-making skills
Aptitude to resolve complex issues and present findings
Excellent work ethic and problem-solving
Ability to identify effective business requirements, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks
Ability to incorporate technology into operations
Data Conversion Analyst - Nice to Have Skills
Experience with public media or non-profit fundraising a plus
