Technical Skills Analyst
You research to understand client requirements and communicate precisely to convey those to prospective professionals. You have a knack to understand people and to appreciate their strengths as well as their need for work like a detective to look constantly for the top talent in a dynamic market. Your responsibilities may include:
oDevelop sourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, using resources such as LinkedIn or social media pertaining to prospective candidates.
oSourcing high-caliber candidates on an ongoing basis through a variety of mediums and sourcing methodologies.
oWork with our project team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple skill sets.
oWork effectively to gain the interest of passive candidates through networking and referrals.
oStrategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
oA fast learner with high interest in new and emerging technologies and their business applications
