Cash Processing - Data Entry, MS Excel – Job Description
Data entry into multiple systems
Responsible for the execution of all activities related to cash processing and reconciliation operations in the market for all client segments
Executes operating procedures that ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processes
Contributes to environment of continuous improvement that assesses workflow, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality within the department
Achieves preset targets measuring service quality & effectiveness against appropriate benchmarks
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our service and value proposition for our clients
Risk Management
Follows preset procedures ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as well as corporate audit and risk management requirements
Contributes to satisfactory results in all internal & external audits
Undertakes ongoing training & development of staff on operating procedures & regulatory requirements
Ensure appropriate liaison with Risk and Control area within Operations
Ensure all suspense accounts are current and up-to-date
Cash Processing - Data Entry, MS Excel – Mandatory Skills
Accurate MS Excel Data Entry skills – will be used on a daily basis with emphasis on the use of macros
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Client service management
Pertinent industry and regulatory/compliance knowledge
Cash Processing - Data Entry, MS Excel - Nice to Have Skills
Degree, educated or equivalent would be preferred
Technical knowledge of Global Payments practices
Technical knowledge in different investment instrument types
Technical knowledge in SWIFT Message Types
