Law Clerk - US Immigration – Job Description
Drafting U.S. immigration applications
Compiling (physically and electronically) and filing U.S. immigration applications
Updating our internal data and case management systems with details of work
Assist the legal team with administrative tasks as needed
Law Clerk - US Immigration – Mandatory Skills
2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably as a Law Clerk
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, and Word
Proficient with Google Suite
Law Clerk - US Immigration - Nice to Have Skills
(Law firm) Legal experience and/or experience in a high-volume law firm would be an asset
Previous experience with US Immigration Law would be a valuable asset
Database management experience as an asset
Excellent communication skills preferred
