BA practitioners partnering with IT based practitioners in a project environment utilizing a variety of project methodologies (waterfall, agile); diverse, multi-cultural team located in Canada and throughout Caribbean
Senior Business Analyst - Caribbean Banking - Loans/Mortgages/Lending – Mandatory Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business
Previous Caribbean and/or international, multiple jurisdictional environments
Previous banking experience including loans and mortgages, securities processing
Strong process mapping/modelling
Experience with Agile methodology, routines, and principles including scrum and kanban
Jira/Confluence
MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Work, Visio, Powerpoint), Sharepoint – capturing, collaborating, and communicating requirements
Strong capabilities in problem solving, critical thinking, and working with agility
Strong capability to pivot across multiple work streams and projects
Practical experience with software and tools:
Core banking platform
Branch operations applications and tools
PeopleSoft GL
Vendor experience with Temenos, Oracle
