- Candidates who possess strong interpersonal, customer service, and communications skills, including strong listening capabilities
- Strong business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence
- Previous experience of working in a dealership, or in the automotive / leasing industry a strong asset
- Collaboration with others is essential, as well as strong project management and problem-solving expertise
- Great computer skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to enhance the customer experience
