Robert Half is partnering with a Canadian owned award winning custom home developer specializing in building and designing dream one of a kind homes across Canada. We are supporting this client in the search of a Program Manager who will be responsible for the on-going project management, coordination, communicating, processes improvement of up to 10 projects a year.
Responsibilities:
Collecting the requirements and maintaining the master schedule
• Understand the needs of the clients and the vendors
• Understand and document both client requirements and business processes in delivering on each project
• Create, manage, and report on multiple projects’ critical paths to track the expected start to completion time of each activity, as well as the current status
• Communicate when each activity should be started and completed to the appropriate resource,
• Create systems to streamline the flow of knowledge across all parties involved in the program, ensuring that every party has the specific information that they require at all times
• Provide reliable and timely communication to all parties involved in the program
• Identify limitations and execute improvements to continuously improve delivery process
• Own the contract creation and delivery process with the client
• Communicate and attend site visits
Requirements:
• 2-5 years experience in Project Management
• Leading projects with multiple responsible parties and stakeholders
• Ability to create Pert Charts, Gantt Charts, Critical Path Analysis, Process
Maps
• PMP or CAPM certification is an asset
• Post Secondary Degree in commerce, management, or applicable field
• Must be organized and a clear and proactive communicator
• Experience or familiarity with real estate and construction is an asset
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and folder management
• Must have a valid drivers license and own car
