Responsibilities
- Assist in promoting and tracking the approval and execution process
- Manage and maintain contracts database
- Run the whole life cycle of company contracts, from initial request to final signature and contract distribution
- Implement company contract execution policy and procedures
- Deploy both internal and external requests for status of contracts
- Compromise with clients on terms of agreements
- Review contracts to ensure completeness
- Develop precise contractual provisions and administering contract proposals
- Handle contract execution processes
- Enter contract details into company database
- Pull reports from the contracts database on an as-needed basis
