Program Manager/Product Manager - Digital Design/Marketing – Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for assisting in product marketing initiatives, communications, increasing engagement, fostering culture, and strengthening a sense of community among designers, developers and product managers who use the bank’s design system
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT – Communications, go to market strategy
CAPABILITY UPLIFT – Enabling training and support to customers
PRODUCT LEADERSHIP – Help guide product prioritization using community feedback
BRAND & CULTURE – Develop and strengthen the product brand within the organization
Program Manager/Product Manager - Digital Design/Marketing – Mandatory Skills
4-7 years Program Management experience managing a program that supports tech customers (designers and developers)
Experience in product marketing (or management) and supporting the community around the product
Experience working in and integrating design into Agile delivery, such as Scrum and Kanban
Experience working in and dealing with the challenges of an enterprise environment, including building relationships and managing diverse stakeholders
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams

Financial services industry experience (preferred)
