PFC Flexible Circuits Limited, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a Facilities Custodian. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary workplace across office and production-support areas in a flexible circuit manufacturing environment spanning three buildings. The ideal candidate will perform custodial duties, waste handling, minor facility repairs (including basic plumbing), and basic equipment/appliance support, and respond to emergency calls for service as needed while following all safety, security, and environmental requirements.
This individual will support afternoon shift operations (4:00pm - 12:30am).
***This position offers a $0.75 per hour shift differential for second shift hours of operation (4:00 pm - 12:30 am).***
Responsibilities- Thoroughly clean and disinfect areas including restrooms, lunchrooms/breakrooms, boardrooms/conference rooms, hallways, lobbies, and offices; restock consumables (e.g., paper products, soap) as required.
- Remove waste and empty trash/recycling bins as needed; replace liners; transport waste to designated collection areas; maintain cleanliness around dumpsters/compactors.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs.
- Assist with installation, relocation, and routine maintenance of appliances and equipment (e.g., microwaves, refrigerators, water dispensers, ice machines, vacuum cleaners, floor equipment); coordinate vendor service calls when directed.

- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications- High school diploma desired.
- Custodial/janitorial experience in manufacturing environment desired.
- Must be able to work with, and properly handle, cleaning chemicals (e.g., detergents, degreasers, abrasives) as per Company procedures.
- Ability to follow written instructions, cleaning checklists, and safety procedures required.
- Familiarity with using common custodial tools and equipment including mops, floor scrubbers/buffers, and vacuums desired.
- Must have reliable attendance and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure cleaning/disinfection is completed to standard, high-touch points are not missed, and cleaning logs/checklists are completed accurately.
- Must have the ability to use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers) and power tools (e.g., power drill) to disassemble objects to their bare bones assembly.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance required.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in the business language (English).
Pay may range from $18.50 to $18.50 hourly
