Position : Parts Coordinator
Location : St-Laurent, Quebec
Are you an experienced Parts Coordinator with a knack for following up on parts, component kits, etc. to ensure that all parts built are delivered on time.?

Contract : 1 year (possible extension or hire)
Security Clearance required : CGP (controlled goods)

Responsibilities
In this role, the Parts Controller will be responsible to :
- Growing professional relationships with various internal stakeholders.
- Support and Interface with the aftermarket Project Managers with request related to parts for update projects.
- Ensure to meet delivery timelines specified by the aftermarket and manufacturing target deadline.
- Initiate movement of parts between cells, labs and shipping area.
- Provide guidance and hands on support for missing project parts.
- Expedite parts sourcing for critical in field and upcoming aftermarket projects.
- Compile, record and report parts expedition performance and progress to management and key stakeholders.
- Participate in the reduction of the part shortages via continuous improvement processes.
- Manage the power off priorities for all aftermarket projects and the shipping cell.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- College degree or logistic related experience
- Strong planification and excellent communication skills.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
- Excellent computer skills
- Customer focus individual
