Demonstrated experience in relationship-driven business development, preferably within healthcare, home care, or referral-based professional services. Strong credibility and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with clinicians, administrators, and community stakeholders. Proven self-direction and accountability, including the ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and deliver measurable results without close supervision.
