Overview : As a Content Creation Manager you will be responsible to implement overall marketing communication strategy, messages and claims for Sonova product launches, commercial innovations and campaigns across relevant marketing and sales tools.
The Content Creation Manager works closely with the Content Planner and Creative studio and / or external agency partners in allocating resources and overseeing the completion of content from start to finish.
What you’ll do :
- Take ownership of the development of a wide range of engaging written and visual content (BtB, BtC channels) that reflects brand values and establishes company as a technology and thought leader through the use of impactful content.
- Drive the creation, development and deployment of all content assets across brands and channels on a global scale, leveraging compelling positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation and stories resulting in an outstanding consumer and customer experiences and strong engagement across platforms.
Ultimately helping to drive sales and develop brand equity.
- Ensure messaging is clearly communicated across all tools and CD / CI (visual, language, glossary, style) are reflected.
- Create winning work-environment, both internally as well as externally.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of critical launch aspects (. claims).
- Act as quality gatekeeper responsible for final review and proofreading of English-language content and tools.
- Deliver high quality content and tools ready for upload to the global marketing database and use within the global market.
- Manage upload of assets to global marketing database.
- Stay up to date with digital technology development and content marketing while fostering a test & learn approach to explore new digital opportunities for Sonova.
What you bring to the team :
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing
- Proven track record in print and digital marketing content and tool creation / development
- Ability to work with cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams remotely
- Ability to work under pressure by setting priorities
- Networking skills, team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
