General Manager Caribbean
Salary : USD$66,000 + Accommodation + Medical + Work Permit + Flights + Vacation
Location : Port Louis, Grenada
My client is seeking a dedicated General Manager as they prepare to open a new establishment later this year. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our three outlets.
With a focus on providing upscale amenities and services, including luxurious accommodations, fine dining experiences, and state-of-the-art facilities, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for the guests.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of 3 outlets; restaurant, bar and cafe
- Develop growth strategies and implement them effectively
- Create and manage budgets efficiently
- Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives
- Lead the hiring process to build a skilled workforce
- Analyze financial data to make informed decisions
Key Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a General Manager
- Have both Front of House and Back of House experience
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building, staff development, and fostering a positive work culture
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecast revenue, and drive profitability
