Job Description

As a Specialist, Platform Ops, Cloud, you configure, administer and develop cloud services to meet the needs of the organization.

Your role is to analyze issues or situations related to deliveries and deployments, as well as quality control and assurance.

You provide support to more experienced professionals in your unit and participate in the development of appropriate opinions and implementation plans, in accordance with the rules of your discipline.

As part of its digital strategy, the company is engaged in a development transformation for which the team is responsible for supporting and maintaining a cloud platform and services.

This includes an application platform (aPaaS) with VMware Tanzu Application Service technology based on Cloud Foundry (Tanzu by Broadcom) and managed services on Microsoft Azure.

More specifically, you will be required to :

• Support and carry out user requests to integrate their applications into the cloud.
• Apply the methods and work processes defined within the team to support and evolve the platform and services.
• Be responsible for ensuring that changes in ServiceNow (IT service management system) are open, approved and documented before carrying out an intervention.
• Collaborate in the development and optimization of procedures.
• Participate in the development of objectives, solutions and action plans as well as their implementation.
• Analyze information. Perform diagnostics. Make recommendations. Write relevant documentation.
• Collaborate in the planning of program increments in his / her area of expertise.
• Exercise a specialist role in technology platform operations .

Requirements and Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in French required
• Expertise on the Azure cloud platform
• Expertise with infrastructure as code tools (As Code)
• Mastery of DevOps concepts (Gitflow, CI / CD)
• Mastery of IaC practice (infrastructure as code)
• Knowledge of Agile mode
• Knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of Git, Concourse, Terraform, Vault, Bash, Shell, Python tools
• Knowledge of ITSM processes (incident and change management)
• Knowledge of Docker
• Manage complexity
• Master technology
• Plan and coordinate
• The consultant must have the taste for doing operational work (procedure to follow, etc.)

À titre de Spécialiste, Plateforme Ops, Infonuagique, vous configurez, administrez et faites évoluer les services infonuagiques pour répondre aux besoins de l'organisation.

Votre rôle consiste à analyser des problématiques ou des situations liées entre autres aux livraisons et déploiements, de même qu’au contrôle et à l’assurance-qualité.

Vous apportez un soutien aux professionnels plus expérimentés de votre unité et participez à l’élaboration d’avis et de plans de mise en œuvre appropriés, conformément aux règles de votre discipline.

Dans le cadre de sa stratégie numérique, l’entreprise est engagée dans une transformation du développement pour laquelle l’équipe est responsable de supporter et maintenir une plateforme et des services infonuagiques.

• Analyser les informations. Effectuer des diagnostics. Faire des recommandations. Rédiger de la documentation pertinente.
• Collaborer à la planification des incréments de programme dans son domaine d'expertise.
• Exercer un rôle de spécialiste en matière d'exploitation de plateforme technologique.

Exigences Et Qualifications Requises

• Baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée
• Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience pertinente
• Maîtrise du français nécessaire
• Expertise sur la plateforme infonuagique Azure
• Expertise avec les outils d’infrastructure en code (As Code)
• Maîtrise des concepts DevOps (Gitflow, CI / CD)
• Maîtrise de la pratique IaC (infrastructure as code)
• Connaissance du mode Agile
• Connaissance de Linux
• Connaissance des outils Git, Concourse, Terraform, Vault, Bash, Shell, Python
