Under the supervision of the Finance Director, you will play a key role in analyzing and managing complex financial data to provide relevant insights for the company’s strategic decision-making.
You will collaborate with various teams to design and enhance data analysis processes using large databases and advanced visualization tools. In this role you will :
- Financial Data Analysis : Analyze large volumes of financial data to produce reports and dashboards aimed at facilitating business decisions;
- Database Management : Handle, clean, and maintain large databases to ensure the accuracy of financial and operational data;
- Financial Forecasting and Modeling : Contribute to creating robust financial models to forecast company performance, assess risks, and identify market trends;
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement solutions to optimize data collection and analysis, including process automation;
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with departments such as accounting and other functions to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights;
- Participation in Special Projects : Involvement in various special projects as needed.
What we're looking for :
- Education : University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification would be an asset;
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with demonstratedexpertise in handling large database;.
- Advanced Excel Skills : Proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and VBA;
- Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret large volumes of data and identify key performance indicators and trends;
- Problem-Solving Ability : Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Database Management Proficiency : In-depth knowledge of database management software (SQL, Access, etc.);
- ERP Experience : Experience with ERP tools (ideally Dynamics F&O) is a plus.
