Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and deliver monthly client reports, providing insights and clarity.
- Maintain smooth operation of client infrastructures, ensuring optimal hardware, storage, and security.
- Monitor and analyze system and network performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly.
- Create and update technical documentation; serve as a go-to expert for team members.
- Oversee daily backups, manage patch deployments, and ensure system security.
- Develop and implement best-practice management procedures and policies.
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support, including OS installations and updates.
- Contribute to the planning, design, and execution of new infrastructure projects.
Skills and Experience :
- College or university degree in IT, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5 years in systems and network administration.
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure), virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V), Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of system security and SAN storage.
- Recognized certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMWare, VEEAM) are an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Knowledge of ITIL change management methodologies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and diligent in task execution.
