SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In accordance with established procedures and policies and available tools, the Learning Specialist is responsible for the entire design and development cycle of learning solutions for Cogeco employees in North America. In collaboration with various stakeholders (internal teams, suppliers, Agile squads), the incumbent analyzes needs, proposes strategies, and creates engaging content. This role requires advanced expertise in digital design tools and the ability to develop and sometimes facilitate workshops to support business objectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stakeholder Analysis, Strategy and Management
- Conduct a requirements analysis to identify training needs and skill gaps within the different teams.
- Prepare a training strategy aligned with business objectives, proposing the most suitable learning solutions (digital, workshops, blended).
- Align with stakeholders (including vendors, content experts, internal teams, and Agile squads) on pedagogical methods, timelines, and expected deliverables.
