Job descriptionCompetitive salary and annual bonus. Four weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year. Defined benefit pension plan. Group insurance, including telemedicine. Reimbursement for health and wellness expenses and telework equipment. Benefits based on eligibility criteria. Knowledge of French is required. Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. Available to work Monday to Friday, including two evenings.

Responsibilities
- Proactively sell insurance products and services to Desjardins members and clients.
- Assess client satisfaction and service quality, following up and making improvements as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources; help target and analyze potential member / client files.
- Act on business opportunities and present information to partners so that members and clients can reach their financial goals.
- Monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities and stay informed on new products and trends.
