What you get to do every single day

- Facilitate the accounting team during the closing process to see to it that deadlines are met

- Give to the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including forecasting and budgeting

- Devise relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like key financial metrics, the monthly flash report, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

- Dissect and generate Ad Hoc financial reports

- Encourage implementation and certify adherence to accounting policies and procedures

- Additional duties as assigned

- Uphold to ensure a competent, trained staff through development, regular assessment, and goal setting

- Backfill for Finance Manager where appropriate

- Specify and generate process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency

- Assemble distinct technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures

- Progressive preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits

- Support accountability and the meeting of deliverables

- Administer regular account reconciliation to completion

Job Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

- CPA certification a plus

- 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

- Exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills
