  • Facilitate the accounting team during the closing process to see to it that deadlines are met
  • Give to the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Devise relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like key financial metrics, the monthly flash report, and actual spend against budgets / outlook
  • Dissect and generate Ad Hoc financial reports
  • Encourage implementation and certify adherence to accounting policies and procedures
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Uphold to ensure a competent, trained staff through development, regular assessment, and goal setting
  • Backfill for Finance Manager where appropriate
  • Specify and generate process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency
  • Assemble distinct technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures
  • Progressive preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits
  • Support accountability and the meeting of deliverables
  • Administer regular account reconciliation to completion

Job Requirements :

  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • CPA certification a plus
  • 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills
