What you will do :
We are currently seeking a formidable candidate to join our Logistics team as a Supply Chain Coordinator who will perform the following tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and submit POs to suppliers;
- Deal with receiving issues / problems, as they arise with the warehouse;
- Create backorder reports for each brand and contact supplier for follow-up of ETAs;
- Update and maintain product information in Oracle, supplier catalogs, advance pricing, and pricelist master for the Divisions;
- Liaise with suppliers for credit notes, if requested;
- Handle shipments from A to Z
- Customs, Ocean and all other type of transport experience will be an asset
- Analyze Lead time performance
- Manage the logistics master Data (Carrier, PO, SKU, Shipment, SKU, Vendor, Warehouse)
- Build and Maintain the Logistics Supplier operational procedures (SOP) with internal clients, suppliers and other departments of the company
- Manage Logistics KPI and Dashboards
- Manage report for internal and external clients
What we are looking for :
- Logistics / Traffic experience is an asset
- Responsible and punctual
- Excellent time management skills, sense of organization and ability to set priorities;
- Excellent communications skills (written / verbal) and strong interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously;
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle a multitude of tasks;
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office applications. (Excel, Vlookup, Pivot table, Macros, Power Query would be an asset);
- Data management skills ( Microsoft Access, SQL);
- Microsoft Visio;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Analytics skills & problem solving;
- Fluently bilingual, spoken and written
