Leader Name : Director, Core Banking Systems

Work Arrangement : Hybrid : You’ll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.

Reporting to the Director, Core Banking Systems, the primary focus of the Senior Manager, TRBK Loans role is to support and further build ATB’s Loans solution components in the SAP Transactional Banking application.

This Senior Manager will also manage an area called Complex Loans which is an add-on on the S4 HANA application that ATB runs.

She / he will collaborate with the team and Senior Manager responsible for the Deposit solutions in SAP Transactional Banking to co-own the SAP Transactional Banking application.

He / she will also collaborate with product, operations, technology, business and other groups to execute technical strategies to enhance and ensure effective day-to-day operations for our Core Banking Lending applications

• Manage and monitor team member support for day-to-day configuration, analysis and troubleshooting
• Lead ATB teams to define a prioritized set of business outcomes and application work to accomplish those outcomes.

• Provide clear, concise, timely and transparent communication.
• Develop and manage relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Interact with third-party service providers in accordance with established Service Level Agreements
• Provide leadership for knowledge management of all supported SAP technologies

• Continue to have a strong interest in continuous learning and find new ways to do your work better ( work smarter, not harder).
• Understand the big picture and share the knowledge with team members to enhance their understanding of what is happening at ATB.

• You are a leader with experience leading teams of software developers.
• As a primary focus, you lead and facilitate activities to support direct team members to enhance all aspects of ATB’s SAP Loans applications.
• You partner with peer leaders to develop, implement and mature solutions that ensure high availability for SAP applications, including fully documenting and standardizing operational procedures with appropriate controls.
• An expert at resource management, you actively ensure team member time is effectively allocated and prioritized to support strategic initiatives.
• You establish and deliver on key strategic objectives
• As an innovator, you are the lead champion for continuous technology and process improvement within the Technology Enablement team.

You constantly examine, adapt and mature existing practices and processes including components of the delivery methodology.

Requirements

• Proven experience demonstrating critical thinking and planning.
• Ability to lead teams and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.
• Persuasive, professional communication style. Capable of communicating complex, technical topics to a wide variety of audiences.

Ability to interact with senior management and influence decision makers.

• Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities, and to redirect team members toward new objectives.
• Excellent understanding of multi-disciplinary nature of technology solutions
• Previous experience leading SAP application teams / leading work in SAP applications would be an advantage
• Previous experience with SAP Transactional Banking or Banking Services would be an asset
