Job Description

As an integral member of the Perioperative and procedure areas, the Team Attendant performs direct and indirect patient care functions under the direction of a regulated healthcare provider, including : preparing the Perioperative and Procedures Area for surgery; stocking supplies; providing direct patient assistance; transporting patients; performing environmental support and maintenance services within the Perioperative and Procedures Area and adjacent work settings; performing cross‑functional duties; and other assigned tasks and duties consistent with the job classification.

What must you have?

• Completion of a recognized program for personal support worker.
• Current Certificate of Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or willingness to obtain one within 3 months of hire.
