We’reLookingFor:
WeareseekingaDealerRelationsCoordinatorwithexperienceincustomerrelationshipmanagementandofficeadministration.Youwillworkaspartofourclose-knitsalesandadministrativeteam,andwillberesponsibleforsupportingourdealersalesteam.Thisisafulltime,in-officepositionworkingMondaythroughFridaybetween8:30am-5pm.

YouWill:

  • Drivesuperiorcustomerexperiencetoensuredealersatisfactionandbuildclientretention.

  • SupportgrowthofthecustomerbaseandactasaliaisonbetweenallVehicleLogisticsCenter(VLC)departments,includingsalesrepresentatives,consignmentdealersandotherVLCdepartments.

  • PerformkeyfunctionssuchassupportingOPENLANEinitiatives,organizingandresolvingcustomerconcernseffectively.

  • Performclericalandnumericalactivitiesincludingselecting,compiling,verifyingandprocessingdata.

  • Ensureancillaryservicessuchastransportandshopserviceshavebeenscheduledandcompleted.

  • Ensureallreservepricesanddeclarationsarepresentandaccurate.Utilizemarketconditionstoeffectivelyqualifyreservepricesandnegotiatesales.

  • Assessandtriageimmediatecustomerissuesenablingon-the-spotresolutionstoensureoptimalcustomerexperienceandmaximizesales

  • AssistintheresolutionofIfBidsinatimelyandeffectivemanner

  • Facilitatethesellerchequeprocessandensureallassignedaccountsareingoodstanding

  • Understanddealer-facingsystems(OPENLANE’smarketplace)andeffectivelyeducateandresolveissuesforinternalandexternalcustomers

  • Createschedules,coordinateandassigntaskssuchaslotturnandvehiclemoves.

  • Assistwithauctionlaneplacement,flaggingvehiclesandbookingphysicalauctionrunnumbers.

  • Collaboratewiththedealersalesteamtoensurepropermarketingofsaleinventorytomaximizevehicleexposure.

  • Collaboratewithdealerregistrationtoassistwithcustomersign-upandinformationchanges.

  • Supportservicesandprogramsoutsideofthecoreauctionworkflowasneededtomeetsiteobjectives.

  • MonitorVIPcustomersandtheirperformancetoensureadherencetobenchmarks.

  • Performauctiondaydutiessuchascustomerservice,auctionrepresentationandpost-salereporting.

  • Monitorallon-grounddealerinventoryandproviderecommendationsandinsightsonhowtomarketandsellinventory.

  • Performallrequiredtasksrelatedtoauctionrunlists.

  • Educatecustomersonthebestwaystoutilizeoursystemsandservices.

  • UtilizeOPENLANE’sCRMtologcalls,runreports,andviewdashboards.

  • Monitorlocalcompetitionandrecommendcompetitivestrategiestosalesleadership.


MustHaves:

  • HighSchooldiplomaorequivalentexperience/education

  • 1-2Years’ofrelatedexperienceinacustomerserviceoradministrativecapacity,ideallyintheautomotiveindustry

  • Tech-savvy,andcomfortableusingGoogleSuite

  • Effectivecustomerrelations,communication,enthusiastic,persuasiveandinterpersonalskills


NicetoHaves:

  • Priorexperienceworkinginautomotiveremarketingispreferred

  • Priorexperiencewithsalesandsalesmanagementtrackingdatabases,suchasSalesforce.com,withemphasison

  • accuratedocumentationispreferred.

  • ExperiencewithAMS,VTrace,andotherOPENLANEsystems

  • Demonstratedabilitytolearn,retainandarticulateproductrelatedinformation

  • Bilingual(English/French)isanasset
