Weareseekinga DealerRelationsCoordinator withexperienceincustomerrelationshipmanagementandofficeadministration.Youwillworkaspartofourclose-knitsalesandadministrativeteam,andwillberesponsibleforsupportingourdealersalesteam.Thisisafulltime,in-officepositionworkingMondaythroughFridaybetween8 : 30am-5pm.

Drivesuperiorcustomerexperiencetoensuredealersatisfactionandbuildclientretention.

SupportgrowthofthecustomerbaseandactasaliaisonbetweenallVehicleLogisticsCenter(VLC)departments,includingsalesrepresentatives,consignmentdealersandotherVLCdepartments.

PerformkeyfunctionssuchassupportingOPENLANEinitiatives,organizingandresolvingcustomerconcernseffectively.

Performclericalandnumericalactivitiesincludingselecting,compiling,verifyingandprocessingdata.

Ensureancillaryservicessuchastransportandshopserviceshavebeenscheduledandcompleted.

Ensureallreservepricesanddeclarationsarepresentandaccurate.Utilizemarketconditionstoeffectivelyqualifyreservepricesandnegotiatesales.

Assessandtriageimmediatecustomerissuesenablingon-the-spotresolutionstoensureoptimalcustomerexperienceandmaximizesales

AssistintheresolutionofIfBidsinatimelyandeffectivemanner

Facilitatethesellerchequeprocessandensureallassignedaccountsareingoodstanding

Understanddealer-facingsystems(OPENLANE’smarketplace)andeffectivelyeducateandresolveissuesforinternalandexternalcustomers

Createschedules,coordinateandassigntaskssuchaslotturnandvehiclemoves.

Assistwithauctionlaneplacement,flaggingvehiclesandbookingphysicalauctionrunnumbers.

Collaboratewiththedealersalesteamtoensurepropermarketingofsaleinventorytomaximizevehicleexposure.

Collaboratewithdealerregistrationtoassistwithcustomersign-upandinformationchanges.

Supportservicesandprogramsoutsideofthecoreauctionworkflowasneededtomeetsiteobjectives.

MonitorVIPcustomersandtheirperformancetoensureadherencetobenchmarks.

Performauctiondaydutiessuchascustomerservice,auctionrepresentationandpost-salereporting.

Monitorallon-grounddealerinventoryandproviderecommendationsandinsightsonhowtomarketandsellinventory.

Performallrequiredtasksrelatedtoauctionrunlists.

Educatecustomersonthebestwaystoutilizeoursystemsandservices.

UtilizeOPENLANE’sCRMtologcalls,runreports,andviewdashboards.

Monitorlocalcompetitionandrecommendcompetitivestrategiestosalesleadership.

MustHaves :

HighSchooldiplomaorequivalentexperience / education

1-2Years’ofrelatedexperienceinacustomerserviceoradministrativecapacity,ideallyintheautomotiveindustry

Tech-savvy,andcomfortableusingGoogleSuite

Effectivecustomerrelations,communication,enthusiastic,persuasiveandinterpersonalskills

NicetoHaves :

Priorexperienceworkinginautomotiveremarketingispreferred

Priorexperiencewithsalesandsalesmanagementtrackingdatabases,suchasSalesforce.com,withemphasison

accuratedocumentationispreferred.

ExperiencewithAMS,VTrace,andotherOPENLANEsystems

Demonstratedabilitytolearn,retainandarticulateproductrelatedinformation

Bilingual(English / French)isanasset
