Base pay range

CA$74,363.00 / yr - CA$100,018.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Implement Procurement Policy Definition and ensure compliance.
• Responsible for managing assigned spend using Category Management process utilizing a Total Cost of Ownership methodology.
• Relationship owner for assigned suppliers ensuring alignment with Company goals and internal escalations regarding Delivery, Quality, Cost, and Risk.
• Business Partner with Marketing / Product Management / Engineering for technology screening and part requirement development for new and existing product roadmap.
• Drive Company supplier assessments and auditing process with cross functional support.
• Conduct timely negotiations with assigned supply base to support the Company cost management process on an annual and as needed basis.
• Contracting (Supplier onboarding, NDA, Supply Agreement) and Contract Compliance.
• Supports New Product Introductions.
• Analyze and present make / buy recommendations to management.
• Represent the function as the subject matter expert when it relates to your assigned categories or commodities which include commodity market, commodity risks, trends, and cost drivers.
• Support ISO audits as required.
• Participate as a member of a Project Team and / or Cross Functional Team as required.
• Work with suppliers to collaboratively develop new solutions for the business.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The expected annual salary for this position is between $74363.00 and $100,018.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
