Full-Time Operations Supervisor Chick-fil-A Kitchener

At Chick-fil-A Supervisors are responsible for embodying the Vision & Values of Chick-fil-A Kitchener by leading through example and ensuring excellence in hospitality and operations. We are looking for driven critical thinker leaders who are passionate about working as a team and developing systems to improve our day-to-day operations.

Applicant must be willing to learn all positions in the Front of House / Back of House before stepping into leadership responsibilities. Applicant must have previous management experience.

As a Supervisor you will be responsible but not limited to the following duties :
