Reports to :    Director Facility Services

Salary Range :   $35.35 to $53.03 per hour

Hours :   37.5 hours per week

Status : Permanent Full-Time

Closing Date : February 2 2026

The Project Coordinator supports larger initiatives under the direction of the Director Facility Services and Manager of Facility Standards. The principal responsibilities include :

  • Supporting multiple simultaneous projects; signage management space audits furniture fixtures & equipment management and coordination;
  • Performing financial responsibilities;
  • Performing quality management responsibilities;
  • Management of key matrix inventory and key replacement performing administrative responsibilities to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facilities;
  • Performing cross-functional and other duties consistent with the job classification as assigned / requested.

Qualifications :

  • At minimum completion of a 3 year community college program in Interior Design Interior Decorating Architectural or Engineering Technology Project Management Construction or recognized equivalent required
  • Certification in CSA Z317.13 Infection Control during Construction Renovation and Maintenance of Healthcare Facilities highly desirable
  • At minimum over 2 years up to and including 3 years practical and related experience and / or 1 year on-the-job training required
  • 2 years experience in any of the following activities : coordinating moves installations equipment procurement and delivery and installation furniture procurement and installation construction coordination AutoCAD or Revit operator.
  • Project management certifications (CAPM or equivalent) highly desirable
