Job description
Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and accessories on machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality.
Requirements :
- Knowledge in G-code programming.
- Previous experience operating CNC machines.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks software for assembly purposes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as required.
Shift Schedule :
Monday - Friday 6 : 30AM to 3 : 00PM.
